The Derry Department of Public Works wishes to remind all residents: • DO NOT enter storm drain tunnels, canal maintenance passages, or flood control chambers under any circumstances. • Report damaged or missing storm grate covers to DPW immediately at (207) 555-0147. • The pump station at the Kenduskeag Barrens is undergoing emergency repair. Unusual odors or sounds from drains are normal during this maintenance period. • The Standpipe water tower facility is closed until further notice. "The sounds reported from storm drains in the Canal District have been identified as normal hydraulic resonance and are not cause for concern." — DPW Superintendent it lives down there it has always lived down there since before the town 🏫 Derry School District Announcements
